My name is Martha Warner. Born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana, I earned my BA in English and Secondary Education certification at Indiana University's Kokomo campus in 2006. I went on to teach at Taylor Middle School and Plymouth High School before returning to Indiana University to earn my MA in Liberal Studies with a focus in the academic teaching of English. While working on my MA, I began working at Ivy Tech Community College where I worked full time before moving to The Excel Center, an adult, charter high school. I started teaching writing as an adjunct at IUK during my time at The Excel Center. After three years there, I became Assistant Director at Carver Community Center, Inc., a local non-profit community center where I wrote grants, managed systems and media, and taught various courses. I enjoyed helping that organization so much that I decided I want to work independently to help others, too. I now work to help businesses and organizations turn their ideas into reality!
